Tonights session was a down the clock of 2(250/200/150/100)m. I ran to and back from coaching im feeling quite unwell so it was the quickest route to scotstoun and back.

I have been running and playing hockey since i was 13 years old. Im afraid that my hockey stopped a few years ago. My new goals in life are to try to run every day and stay fit.
