Headed up to goals on great western road at 10.30 along my usual canal route with still bits of ice on parts. I arrived at goals at 11am and roisin waiting with her dad , after a quick happy new year we set of on our off road run along the path that leads to drumchapel. We had earlier decided to run back to roisin's house so once we had reached the blue-bell woods we headed uphill to run past bearsden golf club and then headed to duntocher, then headed through dalmuir golf course then on to roisin's house.
A 6.5 mile run with roisin and then ran along the forth and clyde canal back home. This run was about 14 miles and once i got indoors i realized how cold a day it was as my ears were stinging alot.
