Sad day today, as most of the operating lists in canniesburn unit were cancelled due to one of the surgeons having died on thursday and being buried today. Alex Naylor had his funeral in the morning. I was one of the staff that stayed behind to cover any emergencys if needed.
So i got let away at 4 pm and a run in the day light, i ran my usual 6.36 miles home, average Hr.145.
6.30pm - ran to scotstoun and back giving me 4.97miles, Hr average 142.
Training session, 20 + 200m with 100m jog
Sprinters , 3 + 300m. 10min rec.
