Ran from gri to spiers-warf along the forth and clyde canal to anniesland then crow rd to scotstoun, the kids did 6 + 150m with a walk recovery.After training and a pep talk about the national cc champs i headed the 2.5 miles home. Giving me 8.76 miles and hr average 140.
